David Touvell started working in a sustainable organic bakery when he was nine years old. He has worked for mobile 5 star restaurants, James Beard award winning restaurants and more. As a Restaurant / Hotel consultant he has worked on over 30 restaurants and 7 hotels over the last 10 years, from all aspects, beginning to end.
He is a passionate and sincere Chef.

Sous Chef
Tami is a confident Sous Chef. She has worked for reputable
restaurants in the area, and has a love for pastries and more. With
skill and dedication she makes pastries from the heart. We are
excited to have her onboard.
